Exciting Upgrades

We are excited to announce - Wednesday 15th of May, as the revised start date for Stage 1 of our exterior renovation and refurbishment. May 2024 through November 2024.

Work will include closing off all visitor parking and direct access to the entrance of the East tower reception. Access to the reception will be via the NORTH tower foyer. Arrival parking will be at the very bottom of the driveway along Pacific St. Walkway access along the side of the driveway ramp will be available for pedestrians to the entrance of the North tower.

Transforming the Outdoors: Expanding Our Tranquil Haven

Renowned landscaping architects from Place Design are joining us to create a captivating communal atmosphere in our vast landscaped gardens. Prepare for an innovative transformation that will elevate the peaceful and relaxed ambiance we cherish.

  • Complete replacement of our paved driveway
  • Introduction of modern Granite and cobble paving around porte-cocheres
  • Refurbishment of all gardens surrounding the main driveway

The above scheduled works are expected to take place between May and the end of October 2024.

STAGE 2 – This area will include the closure of the outdoor pool & BBQ areas tentatively scheduled between early July through to the end of November 2024.
