Important

All apartments are privately owned. Please respect the property of the apartment owner.

Check Out - Departure

Departure time is 10am. Late checkouts will be subject to availability and charges may apply.

If you are departing prior to 8:30am, please settle your account the day before departure prior to close of business and return the keys in the in the reception door key slot.

Internet Access

There is a WI-Fl available in every apartment. Refer to the welcome letter on the kitchen wall for login details or the laminated instructions in the compendium.

If you experience any issues or need more information please contact Reception.

lnsinkerator

Some apartments are fitted with an lnsinkerator, which is to be used for soft refuse only. Cold water must be left running whilst machine is in operation.

Items in Room

All items in units (eg. furniture, crockery, and cutlery) are to remain in the rooms and not to be moved between other units or be rearranged within your apartment when you have other family or friends staying.

Any items missing will incur a replacement charge by Management.

Starter Packs

Each apartment is stocked with a starter pack of consumable supplies. If you run out of anything please contact Reception for extras at a small cost.

Rubbish

A rubbish chute is located on each level. Please bag or wrap your garbage before depositing it down the chute.

Please DO NOT put bottles or glassware down the chute, or force large items down the chute entry as this will block the chute. Glass and paper recycling bins are located in
the basement. Thank you for your assistance on this matter. Extra rubbish bags are available from Reception.

Wake up calls

Wake up calls are provided through our after hours answering service. Please advise Reception as to your requirements.

Television

Your television is turned to normal free to air and Foxtel channels. You can find Foxtel by selecting channels 101 to 120 on your lounge room TV.

Folding Beds, Cots and Linen

Folding beds, cots and high chairs and additional linen are available to hire from Reception at a charge.

Parking

We provide underground parking with one car space available per unit. Please use the designated space allocated to your room.

The visitor bays are only to be used for short visits and not for overnight use. All other vehicles are to be parked at the roadside or contact Reception for additional underground space availability.
