Despite stringent security measures, neither management nor the Body Corporate accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage of your possessions in or around the Resort.

In the unlikely event of a fire, please leave your unit as quickly and calmly as possible and assemble on Main Beach Parade (refer to evacuation plan on the inside of your door).
DO NOT USE LIFTS. Please be aware that should you burn food whilst cooking that you should not open the front door of the apartment as this will result in the foyer smoke alarms being activated and the Fire Brigade being summoned automatically. Please open the sliding balcony doors to clear any smoke. Fire Brigade call outs are currently in excess of $1,100.00 and are the responsibility of the guest whose name appears on the Guest Registration Form.
We understand that breakages do happen. We ask that all breakages be reported to Reception. Charges may apply.
For emergency services dial, 0 for an outside line - then 000 for Ambulance, Fire or Police. To contact the building manager, call 9 for Reception 24 hours.
All apartments are non smoking. Please do not smoke indoors, or a $250 cleaning and deodorising fee will be charged.
Queensland Government regulations regarding smoking do not allow smoking in any of the common areas of the building i.e. no smoking in the foyer, lift, car park, pool or garden. Smoking is only permitted on the apartment balconies, please consider other guests before lighting up.
All mail and messages are held at Reception for collection. Voicemail is available on your unit telephone. Dial 300 to access.
Please ensure you have informed your visitors of your unit number if they wish to call on you outside office hours.
Xanadu Main Beach apartments are individually owned and managed under a body corporate structure. By-laws are set for the comfort and enjoyment of residents and guests and must be adhered to at all times.

For safety reasons, bikes, skateboards, scooters or roller-blades are not to be used within the resort building or car park at anytime
Your unit will be serviced for stays eight nights or more. All units are fully equipped with laundry facilities.
All dry cleaning requirements can be arranged through Reception. This service is available daily Monday to Friday.
You need to use your swipe fob to gain entry to the building, common areas, car park and lifts.
Use your room key to enter your unit and the second key is used to access the gas Barbeques. Please note: if keys are lost, please contact Reception so a replacement can be arranged. A replacement charge of $99.00 (incl. GST) will apply to lost keys. If an after hours call out is required, a further fee will apply.
Xanadu Main Beach shall not be responsible through any cause whatsoever for any loss or damage to the property of any person at the resort. Lost property will only be held at the resort for a period of one month.
Please report all maintenance issues or other irregularities to Reception immediately when discovered. We will have them remedied as soon as possible.
Please be mindful of other guests staying in the resort. When returning to your unit late at night please keep the noise to a minimum.
Due to 'Health Authority Regulations' and 'Body Corporate By-Laws', pets are not permitted on the premises.
